Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully before becoming a member or using our services.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your membership in and use of the National Vending Partners Association ("NVP," "we," "us," or "our") website, portal, and member benefits. By registering for membership or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not become a member or use our services.
2. Membership
Membership in NVP is open to vending, micro-market, and pantry operators who are at least 18 years of age. By applying for membership, you represent that you are 18 or older and authorized to act on behalf of your organization. Membership is non-transferable and tied to the organization and individual account registered at signup.
3. Dues & Billing
Dues are set by tier and billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Dues may be billed annually or monthly depending on the tier selected at checkout. Founding members retain their launch price for life while membership remains active. You authorize NVP and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for all recurring dues until you cancel.
4. Refund Policy
All dues are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of initial membership signup. Requests for cancellation within the first 30 days may be submitted to hello@nationalvendingpartners.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made after that period ends.
5. Member Conduct
Members agree to abide by the NVP Code of Conduct and to use member benefits for their own business only. Members may not misuse the directory, forums, messaging, or quote tools to solicit, harass, or misrepresent themselves or others. NVP may suspend or terminate membership for conduct that violates these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
6. Certification
NVP may grant and revoke Certified Operator status based on published criteria. Certification is a designation of completed requirements and does not constitute a warranty, endorsement, or guarantee of any member's services, products, or business practices.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party providers, including Google (authentication) and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. NVP is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
NVP provides benefits, directories, and resources on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVP is not liable for the acts or omissions of members, partners, or third-party service providers, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or your membership shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada for any dispute not resolved informally.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes by email or through the portal. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
