Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the National Vending Partners Association collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Introduction

The National Vending Partners Association ("NVP," "we," "us," or "our") is a Nevada non-profit corporation with a principal business address of 304 S. Jones Blvd, Suite 4560, Las Vegas, NV 89107. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you become a member or use our website and services. This policy is effective as of September 25, 2026.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when joining: company details, contact information, business address, service area, and the tier you attest to. We also collect payment status from our billing provider, Stripe. When you sign in using Google, our application accesses the following Google user data: your full name, email address, and Google profile picture. We do not request or access any other Google account data, and we do not collect sensitive data such as race, religion, or health information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to administer your membership, provide member benefits, run the member and partner directories, verify certification, process payments, and communicate with you about your membership. Specifically, we use the Google user data we access (your name, email address, and profile picture) to create and authenticate your account, display your name in the member directory and community forums, and send you membership-related communications. We do not sell member data to third parties, and we do not use Google user data for advertising purposes of any kind, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.

4. Directory Visibility

Members control whether their company appears in the public "Find an NVP operator" directory. Contact requests from location managers are forwarded without exposing your email address unless you choose to share it.

5. Partners & Quotes

When you request a quote, your name and contact details are shared with the selected suppliers for that request only. Suppliers cannot browse or export the full member list.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on Google for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and serve as processors for the data they handle on our behalf. We do not share your data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Google User Data — Access, Use, Storage, and Limited Use

This section provides the disclosures required by the Google API Services User Data Policy. Access: When you use Google Sign-In, our application accesses your full name, email address, and Google profile picture — and no other Google account data. Use: We use this data solely to create and authenticate your account, display your identity within NVP features (the member directory and community forums), and send you membership-related communications. We do not use Google user data for any purpose that is not visible and prominent to you within the NVP application. Storage and Transfer: Google user data is stored on our secure application servers and database, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not transfer Google user data to any third party except as necessary to provide the features you see in our application, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify affected users). We do not share Google user data with data brokers, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. Sharing and Disclosure: We do not sell, rent, or lease Google user data. We do not allow our employees or contractors to read Google user data except where necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse or a suspected compromise), to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations directly related to providing the NVP service. Access under these exceptions is logged. Limited Use: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. If you disconnect your Google account or delete your NVP membership, we delete the Google user data we stored and revoke any retained OAuth tokens within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used. Authentication cookies are required to use the member portal. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function as a result.

9. Data Retention

We retain the minimal amount of information needed to provide our services. All data is deleted within one (1) year of terminating your relationship with our organization, or sooner upon request at the time of termination. Google user data received through Google Sign-In (your name, email address, and profile picture) is deleted within 30 days of account termination or disconnection of your Google account. You may also request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data. Residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and California (under the CCPA/CPRA) may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete their personal data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of their data. Because we do not sell member data, the opt-out does not apply to sale; you may still request deletion or export as described above.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Google user data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest in our database. OAuth refresh tokens, where applicable, are stored encrypted and are never written to application logs. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify members of material changes by email or through the portal. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your data rights, contact us at hello@nationalvendingpartners.com or by mail at 304 S. Jones Blvd, Suite 4560, Las Vegas, NV 89107.
